Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC is excited about the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing teams. We are currently in search of Jr-Senior level Computer User Support Specialists to join our team in China Lake/Ridgecrest, CA.
 

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Maintain HEAT ticketing system
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation
• Conduct software updates and patches
• Monitor Data Center systems
• Provide physical security monitoring for access control
• Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Processes and Issues

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 1-10+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of DoD IA practices, to include Security Implementation Guides (STIGs)
• Experience with Windows OS’
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting methods and processes

Required Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Current Security+ CE Certification is required
• Active Security Clearance – minimum of at least a current SECRET security clearance
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
