Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC (Perrygo) is growing, and we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join us! We are currently in search of a Mid-Senior Level Project Manager to lead teams and projects supporting our DoD and other Navy customers. This support will be conducted at a client site based out of Lexington Park, MD.
 

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Develop a project plan and/or update the project plan, as needed
• Manage deliverables according to the plan 
• Develop and manage a project budget and/or update the project budget, as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Recruit project staff (train/mentor project staff)
• Lead and manage the project team
• Establish a project schedule and determine each phase and/or work closely with the project scheduler to maintain the project schedule
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Align project documentation with AS9100 organizational requirements

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience supporting Navy/DoD customers in a Project Lead/Manager capacity
• Strong and effective team leadership skills

Required Education & Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is required OR
  • Associate’s degree and 18+ years of relevant experience OR
  • HS Diploma and 20+ years of relevant experience
• Active Security Clearance – minimum of at least a current DoD interim Secret security clearance is required
• Willing and able to travel, when required (minimal)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
