This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.

Job Description and Responsibilities: Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products. May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data.
- Develop models for resource optimization and workload forecasting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership.
- Collaborate with technical and program management teams to support strategic planning.

Basic Requirements: 6+ years of experience in operations research or data analytics

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or statistical tools (R, Python, MATLAB).
- Knowledge of Navy or DoD operations is preferred.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field.

Security Clearance:  Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: On-Site. <5% Travel
