Currently, we are seeking a Mid-Senior Data Engineers to support the NAVAIR Digital Group in their efforts to accelerate digital and analytic technologies and capabilities across the NAVAIR enterprise.

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Discover opportunities for data acquisition and sensor integration
• Perform systems engineering for databases and data processing systems
• Develop data systems, architecture and models
• Leverage high-performance computing infrastructures into systems architecture
• Recommend best architectures, tools, and technologies to address organizational needs
• Interact with the government customer, military personnel and other contractors as required

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience with regards to the above-mentioned responsibilities

Required Education & Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• Security+ certification
• US Citizenship is required
• Active Security Clearance – minimum of at least a current DoD Interim Secret security clearance is required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to be self-directed and contribute to engagements
