We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Project Management Analyst - Mid-Level. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Primary function will be the hands-on design and management of our organization's processes. This is a builder's role. This work supports a data center / enterprise IT environment, and focuses on the following key areas:
• Process Development & Engineering:
• Lead organizational studies to identify process gaps and opportunities for new workflow creation.
• Architect and design new operational, business, and technical processes from the ground up, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our mission.
• Establish and standardize process frameworks that can be adapted across multiple teams and functions.
• Process Documentation & Governance:
• Author, codify, and maintain a clear, comprehensive library of all organizational processes and procedures.
• Act as the primary owner and governor of the Process Documentation Library, ensure all content is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Develop templates, standards, and best practices for all process-related documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Process Improvement & Optimization:
• Continuously analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement.
• Measure process performance using key metrics and conduct data-driven reviews to validate improvement efforts.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and initiatives, teaching and empowering teams to "get real, get better" by streamlining their own activities.

Basic Requirements: 5+ years of analytical experience in a Defense IT, Navy IT, or Aerospace environment 
• Technical writing expertise
• Requirements elicitation and development
• IT / data center environments, operations, and nomenclature (HW, SW, CM, CMDB, ATO, Cloud, On-Prem, etc.)
• DON IT and security policy
• Continuous improvement methodologies

Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technical Writing, IT, Public Administration).

Security Clearance:  Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: Hybrid On-site/Remote schedule. 2 times per week on-site 

Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
