We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Procurement Analyst. This role supports our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the intake and delivery of IT hardware and software products.
  • Providing assistance with documentation to procure hardware, software, maintenance, licensing, and supporting supplies utilizing NAVAIR Acquisition Management Systems tools, such as Program Management Tool, Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS), and DADMS.
  • Identifying, providing options, and preparing required documents for purchasing card ("P-Card"), and other orders; and collecting information to respond to various data calls.
  • Tracking program/project status and schedules, may provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area such as Business Management Acquisition for logistics, financial management, development and execution of Rapid Acquisition Contract packages.
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. 
  • May provide expertise in a particular business and/or domain area such as logistics, financial management, change management, talent management; or in a specific technology area.
  • Gathers requirements from NHDSM to be developed into procurement packages 
  • Coordinates with technical leads and BFMs to ensure material and cost accuarcy
  • Compiles required documentation for new contracts actions (RAC or PID), p-card orders, and maintenance renewals
  • Utilizes DADMS to validate software package approval status
  • Works with contracts to obtain ITPR approvals for all actions

Basic Requirements and Education Requirements: Jr: 0-3 years and Associates Degree; Journeyman: 3+ years and Bachelors Degree. Allowable substitutions: Jr: 2 years + HS Diploma or equivalent; Journeyman: 7+ years and Associates degree OR 9+ years and HS

Security Clearance:  Secret (must be a US Citizen). Top Secret may be needed in the future.

Location,Telework and Travel: Hybrid. Customer reserves the right to require return to office.
