Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC (Perrygo) is growing, and we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join us! We are currently in search of a Modification Manager to provide support to an upcoming project. This individual will be an integral part of the team, in which they will be responsible for scheduling and tracking various upgrades and modifications to several aircraft. The support will be conducted at a client site based out of Lexington Park, MD.
 

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Interface with the Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs), NADEPs, squadrons, OEM, Integrated Product Team (IPT) members, and the Program Office leadership team in order to assess and determine modification needs
• Maintain the master modification schedule and detailed schedules by aircraft T/M/S and BuNo.
• Rely on knowledge, familiarity, experience and understanding of the F-18 type model series A/C in order to properly execute duties and responsibilities

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting F/A-18 aircraft maintenance and modification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with using relevant technical databases to research and analyze aircraft technical data
• Familiar with SLAP, SLEP and related aircraft maintenance, upgrade and modification programs
• Understanding of air vehicle, systems, subsystems, parts and advanced technologies
• Familiar with ECPs, TDs, kits and related logistics data

Required Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required OR
  • Associates Degree and 7+ years of experience OR
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and 9+ years of experience
• Active Security Clearance – minimum of at least a current DoD Interim Secret security clearance is required
• Willing and able to travel, when required
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high visibility program
• Strong communication – written and verbal
• Strong work ethic, results-driven and professional conduct
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
• Ability to work independently to analyze data and solve problems
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with engineering, logistics and management personnel
